Spidersnet Wins The Award For Website Provider for Independent Car Dealers For The Fourth Year In a Row

Here at Spidersnet we’re proud to announce that we’ve won yet another award! On Thursday 6th July we attended Car Dealer Magazine’s annual Car Dealer Power Awards ceremony and took home the award for Website Provider for Independent Car Dealers. This is now the fourth year in a row that we’ve been handed the award, having previously taken it home in 2014, 2015 and 2016. We’d love to thank all of our customers who voted for us to win this award. We really appreciate it!

The ceremony was held at the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth with many of the industries leading companies in attendance to collect awards and enjoy a fun evening. We’re delighted that we’ve been voted as the best website provider for independent car dealers again. Considering this year is our 20th in the industry, we’re ecstatic to have marked this impressive milestone with yet another fantastic award.

Paul Scrivens, Director of Web Services at Spidersnet, collected the award. He said: “It was an honour to once again be recognised by the dealer community for an award at this year’s Car Dealer Power ceremony. Despite having won the award for Web Provider for Independent Dealers for the last three years this was actually my first year at the ceremony itself. I’d like to say a big thank you to the team at Car Dealer Magazine for putting together and hosting an impressive and enjoyable event. “From Spidersnet’s perspective, I’m sure I speak for the entire team when I say how proud we are to have won the award for a fourth consecutive year. Seeing established brands like Kia, Suzuki and Auto Trader all being recognised alongside our business is a great feeling and fuels our motivation to further our success into 2018.”

James Baggott is the chief executive officer of Baize Group, the parent company of Blackball Media, which publishes Car Dealer Magazine. He’s quoted after the event saying: “Dealers voted in their thousands over the past few months telling us who they thought were the best suppliers to do business with and who they felt was the best manufacturer to represent. And that’s what makes the Car Dealer Power awards so special and unique – we don’t have anything to do with who wins.”
