Here’s some help with what the judges will be looking for…
UK Independent Dealer of the Year (Premium Cars)
The judges will be looking for dealerships that have demonstrated excellent showroom presentation standards, provided evidence of high-quality customer care from Jan-Dec 2022, and shown excellence across marketing, used car sales, and training. Any local community initiatives will also be taken into account.
The UK Independent Dealer Customer Care Award
Open to independent used car dealers who have contributed to their business’ products and success through customer care. Judges will be looking for high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and a business which is raising the professionalism of the sector. Customer testimonials from 2022 must be included in your entry.
The UK Independent Dealer of the Year (General Sales)
This category is for dealerships specialising in general sales. The judges will be looking for evidence of excellent showroom presentation standards for general sales, customer testimonials to demonstrate your hard work and success, and excellence across marketing, used car sales, and training. Any local community initiatives will also be taken into account.

Entries will be judged by a panel of nine industry experts, who will decide on the winners and those that are highly commended. The awards ceremony will be held on the 6th of July at the Eastside Rooms in Birmingham. You don’t have to have entered an award category to attend, and the evening promises to be full of celebration, recognition and networking opportunities.
