Spidersnet is an award winning website design and build service for customers in the motor trade and Marine industry and has been created to save online retailers time and effort, whilst maximising online exposure of their stock, resulting in more business. 

We are now recruiting for a strong Account Manager to join the team. You will have a solid background in sales and have a methodical and driven approach to managing and growing existing accounts.

Location – Hybrid working  – two days a week in office at our brand new sea front office in Brighton

Salary – Up to £26k per annum  + commission 

The main responsibilities of our Account Managers are:

  • To improve customer retention
  • To increase customer spend
  • To cross sell across our divisions
  • To up-sell packages

 

Daily duties:

  • Responsible for communications with their clients via telephone and e-mail
  • Carry out face to face client reviews, which will include the preparation of presentation material prior to the meeting
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to our existing customer base 
  • Provide regular performance analysis of Digital Marketing and make further recommendations
  • Be the conduit between the client and Spidersnet, providing strong team representation and exceeding client expectations where possible
  • Have a clear understanding of Spidersnet’s capabilities and services and communicate all offerings to clients effectively
  • Liaise with the product and technical support to meet the needs of the client within company procedure

 

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Is confident, positive and friendly and has excellent face to face and telephone communications skills
  • Has experience upselling products 
  • Has experience with employee retention 
  • Is organised and has good knowledge and experience using MS office or Google Suite 
  • Knowledge of CSS & HTML would be an advantage
  • Skills in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics will be appreciated, alongside proofreading experience and functional knowledge of key digital marketing mediums (i.e. SEO are desirable.
